4. What is your warranty/return policy?

We are proud of our Southshore Soldiers collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All Soldiers Brand products are guaranteed against manufactures defects. If you are not satisfied with your product because you feel you purchased a faulty or defective item, we will gladly provide a merchandise exchange within 30 days from purchase date.

Soldiers Brand reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for repair or replacement of the defective product.

TO MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL
1. Complete the Return/Exchange Form that you received after making your claim via email to crosby@southshoresoldiers.com make sure you put "Warranty" as the Subject of the email.
2. Indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as exchange for another item, size or color.
3. Place the Return/Exchange Form in the box with your merchandise.
4. Send the package to:

Please send your package including the Return/Exchange form via a prepaid, traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe, documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number are included. Return mailing expense is not refundable.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange to be processed. You can have your repair/replacement expedited to 48 hour service for a $35 fee.

In the event that an exchange item is not available, you can choose to receive a credit towards the same value item from our next year's line when products become available. If you have an exchange for the same item, but need a different size or color and the new item is the same dollar amount as the original purchase, you will still need to cover the shipping and handling costs on the exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
