[Terrain Park, Coaching, Guest Pros]

Terrain Park:
The private Southshore Soldiers Terrain Park at Heavenly is the perfect place to ride. Our private facility covering 2 entire trails has something for everyone, from beginner jumps and rails, to fun intermediate features, to the 100' jumps you see in the videos and magazines. Want to ride more than the terrain park? No problem. Heavenly has the most skiable terrain in the West Coast. With 24 feet of fresh powder during camp last year, our campers had access to private powder runs all day long. No matter what your ability or goals may be, Southshore Soldiers is the perfect place for anyone.

Coaching:
Our professional coaching staff is one of the best around. Soldiers' Head Coach Ed McClain has produced nearly 20 USASA National Champions, 3 winter X-Games competitors, and 1 member of the '06 US Olympic Snowboard Team.Our coaching program is designed to accommodate all riders, from first time beginners to experts.  Coaching groups are kept small (about 4:1 campers to coach ratio) and based on ability and goals.  With nightly video analysis, and a goal oriented approach, our coaching program is dedicated to healping each person achieve their own goals at camp.

Guest Pros:Top professional snowboarders and skiers from around the world come to camp to hit our park in the day and our parties every night. Ride with X-Games and Olympic Medalists like Danny Kass, Shaun Palmer, Eddie Wall, Andreas Wiig, Kevin Jones, MFM, Andy Finch, Travis Rice, Nate Bozung, Jimi Tomer, and skiers Tanner Hall, Rory Silva, Kristy Leskinen, Michelle Parker, and many others.

[Lounge, Parties, Free Product] 

Lounge:
After riding, campers head back to the hotel to relax and watch video of the day's riding with the coaches, while you hang out in the private Southshore Soldiers Lounge, complete with pool tables, video games, big screen tv's, refreshments, and more. The Lounge is heart of the camp off-hill. In the afternoon and evening it is the place for you to hang out and get to know the pros at camp. At night in Lounge, expect riders like Eddie Wall, Nate Bozung, Andreas Wiig, Shaun Palmer, and Tanner Hall to be partying with the campers.

Parties:The nightly entertainment is definately not limited to the Lounge. Each night the party is different, from live bands and DJ’s, to mechanical bull riding night, the Soldiers Bowling Party, and Soldiers VIP Night at Altitude Nightclub in Harrah's Casino, we change it up nightly so it is always fresh, fun, and unforgettable. With no 'last call' in Nevada, the parties can last all night, and in true spring break fashion, they do!

Free Product: Every night during our parties we give out several thousand dollars worth of product from our sponsors. Sometimes we raffle off snowboards, other times you have to win them by riding a mechanical bull, either way it is not uncommon for campers to go home with product worth more than the amount they paid to come to camp. No matter what night it is, or if you are in college, or twice as old as the college kids, at Southshore Soldiers we make sure everyone has the time of their life!
